Qualifications: • Required: o Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university or college in nutrition and dietetics. o Registered Dietitian Nutritionist credential with the Commission of Dietetic Registration and Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist status, if residing in a state with licensure requirements. RDN-eligible candidates will be considered but must pass exam within 6 months of hire date. o Food safety knowledge with ServSafe certification; must be obtained within 6 weeks of hire date. • Preferred but not required: o Master’s degree in nutrition, dietetics, food/health sciences or related field. o At least one (1) year experience in K12, higher education or food service. • Knowledge working with PC applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (previous experience with food production systems, nutrition analysis software, electronic medical recording, and social media platforms preferred). • Strong communication skills (oral and written); can effectively communicate with clients, customers, and support staff.
